But I've been soooo busy! Taking lots of photos, but don't seem to have time to upload them. Blogging seems to have dropped out of my schedule... even though I seem to have loads of posts I'd like to write, I only get little snatches of time. I'm trying to get the house organised, as well as some activities to keep Eve and Willow amused while we're home. Food seems to be a major theme for me at the moment... I'm enjoying preparing food again, which is lovely!
So things I'm planning on blogging about asap:
EC from birth. How it's going with Isaac and an update on Willows progress
Baby Wearing. Probably just a load of cute photos in all honesty and how we've been carrying the babies
Tandem breastfeeding.
Lapbooking. My new addiction.
Sourdough creations. I'm working on my starter now, so hopefully there will be a lot of lovely sourdough fun going on shortly!
I don't really understand my lack of blogging, since Isaac sleeps like nothing else... he will sleep from 10pm - 7am with only the occasional waking. He is awake for maybe an hour and then will go back to sleep until about 10-11am. Then he comes downstairs and plays with his gym happily... and after an hour or so... back to bed... for another few hours (!!) This is when the girls normally have their naps too... which is nice quiet time! He's normally awake all evening, which is lovely for Nick, and then goes to bed with us around 10.
I'm working on cutting the TV out again, and books are really helping. As well as going for loads of walks.
We've met a few new friends who are going to join us in some Home Education activities in Daventry, which is exciting! At the moment it's a few hours play in a park with the option of ball games and walks... but I hope to extend this to some crafty activities perhaps, and maybe some adventure walks in different areas. Maybe den building... scrumping for fruit when the time comes... tie dying. Anything the smalls want to do really! There's an after school game club at the games shop in town. They do role playing games (RPGs) like dungeons and dragons... and some more suited to younger children. I'm hoping to get Eve involved when she's old enough. I'd also like to go to their adult games evenings with Nick when Isaac is a little older.
Tomorrow we're out at the open farm as a family (my birthday treat!) and hopefully we'll also get to plant some seeds before the good weather wears out! The front and back gardens have been another big project I've been working on.
Things are all go here. I must do more photos next post -- Isaac is getting so big -- perhaps a few across the last few months would be nice :D
I look forward to all the updates!
